Destiny doesn't even deserve to be put anywhere near Borderlands, they're both looter shooters, and that's about all they have in common.

Borderlands 3 is EXCELLENT! Except Ava... god why did she become such a main character? She is literally the worst and they are trying to make her into the new Lilith, it's just idiotic. Other than that it's great though.

I don't know how anyone could call the Switch the best system, when it's online play barely functions in most games. I would say online gaming is a core pillar to gaming now, and one of the main reasons gaming has become so mainstream. A system cannot be the best when it lacks one of the core pillars.
This entire article is pointless. The ONLY time fan outrage, or in their words "entitled fans" are in the wrong, is when they directly threaten the developers or producers, or anyone's lives. I mean, the PS4 (Idk about Xbox) version now allows Mouse and Keyboard as a play style, you literally just plug in a mouse and keyboard and play, it's just as simple as plugging in a controller. I was already using it in the Alpha, if you're that worried you can simply use it as well, but obviously an option to not match with M&K players would be preferred.

What is the point to knowing how to read and write in this language? Keep a secret journal only you can read? That's about the only purpose.
Whereas being a translator for say... Japanese to English can actually pay pretty well and also have real life application, like being able to go to Japan and enjoy the culture without any language hurdles.
I mean for me the appeal isn't there at all. Any multi-platform online game I will 10000% buy on my PS4 or Xbox, I think most people would make the same decision for very obvious reasons, but it would be nice for those who only have the Switch.
They probably see it that way and see that as too small of a market, i'd say that's a logical train of thought.
Think of it like a scale, when the games you are offering VASTLY outweighs the amount of content you are getting online, the scale is heavy in the GAMES department, the bulk of my ONLINE SERVICE purchase shouldn't be GAMES... or in other words EXTRAS. That service should be a GAMES SERVICE, the online should be it's own service, or just flat out free because it's so bad anyways.
If people are okay with justifying the price for an online service with extras than clearly the online isn't the reason they are actually buying it.
The main reason Sony and Microsoft "give free" games is because we now know it costs almost nothing to host these servers, so they essentially "give" us these games to keep people from feeling scammed, not to make up for a lack of online offerings, because we all know their online offerings are top tier....
You clearly miss my entire point, the price for their ONLINE service is NOT justified because I am not paying for the ONLINE service so that I can play SNES games.
You even admit their online is at the very least a decade behind the competition, although I would argue it's exactly 18 years behind Xbox, yet still say the price for their ONLINE service is justified, what?
