I'm more excited for when they add multiplayer to be honest, but hey the more stuff to do the better! Endless VR content.
If I remember correctly, in an interview a while back they said they had to restart development twice, there were also issues with something called "boning" a way they were structuring player models or "puppets" before, but they got rid of that.
This just shows they core more about controlling leaks than controlling the quality of the games themselves. Priorities right?
I've always found arguments like this to be so nonsensical, you could apply it to just about anything and it isn't even an argument.
Like if a company is doing bogus BS things, you call them out on it, period. It isn't "complaining" it's pointing out their scummy practice.
That's like saying "oh there's day one DLC so what just don't buy it and quit b*tching" or "oh there's microtransactions? So wh...
Nah the biggest L is they forgot to add the Pokemon Sword and Shield Wild area ;) You're supposed to be able to take one step and go from a sunny summer day to a cold cloudy winter right?
In all seriousness though, I would say Uncharted 2 deserves to at least be a runner up.
Wasn't it Nintendo's excuse that they had to do those online functions like the ridiculous voice chat on the smart app because of hardware?
Honestly here's the problem, it was a rather bland looking shooter that actually had a pretty high skill gap, you had characters jumping all over the place, that were all relatively small on these decent size maps with a very washed out color pallet, whether you want to admit it or not Overwatch (what this game was basically trying to compete with at the time) was successfull because of it's well designed unique charcters, all with their own unique abilities making them interesting bu...
Not to mention how is it bad at all? If you back you get the game cheaper and possibly with perks if you want, and the game releases.. it's literally a win win, I already backed for the digital version.
A more powerful Switch I would think. Now what I would WANT is a Switch with a competent online but let's be real, that isn't going to happen.
Honestly this outrage is so unjustified. Byleth plays like a unique character... what else could you ask for? The new Fire Emblem sold well, so clearly there are Byleth fans out there that probably wanted them in. Everyone complaining is just acting so entitled. Like yeah, we get it, it isn't who you wanted, no reason to keep making a fuss about it. Byleth was FAR from my first choice, not even in my top 10, heck probably even 20, but you don't see me complaining.
This game is the worst game of 2019, hands down. The "story" is terrible and full of holes, with a very obvious "twist" not to mention the terribly AWFUL grind nature of the game, completely unnecessary and put in there JUST to pad out the length of the game. Excluding all grinding... it's around a 2-4 hour game. Not to mention all maps (excluding the last one) all look EXACTLY THE SAME, with the same building copy and pasted ALL OVER THE PLACE, it's the laziest ga...
Huh... and here I was expecting a Switch port/Remaster to get announced soon... that makes sense, but didn't expect PC and PS4 to be involved as well, huh weird, idk why but this does make me think there's a Wonderful 102 in the works.. or at the very least they'll probably make one now.
So I watched the clip.... is this really "out of control"? Honestly don't click the link, it's literally just the one rapper bragging that he did the things you do in GTA in real life. I would say it's just cringe more than anything, as far as i'm concerned this is click bait.
I'm most impressed with Luigi's Mansion 3! Great that this game is actually getting recognized!
@Neon You're actually right they do have roughly 33% with all companies almost sharing an equal amount, but that is still not entirely inaccurate to say it would be Nintendo suing them, they would just be leaving out Creatures and GameFreak, as I said before. I'm sure Nintendo has PLENTY of pull at the Pokemon Company (I would argue they most likely have the most pull), especially when it comes to games as they do publish them, but when it comes to legal issues I'm sure they have ...
@Neon I never once said Nintendo wasn't happy with the sales, if ANYTHING me pointing out it's a multi-billion dollar franchise was me saying they are making way more than enough money. (And then not putting it back into the series) My entire comment was focused on quality of the games, Nintendo has never went after other projects from a sales standpoint, they have taken down plenty of small projects that would never effect their bottom line.
I was simply saying if ...
Nintendo owns most of the Pokemon Company so while yes you are right, it would be the Pokemon Company, but because Nintendo is a majority shareholder of the Pokemon Company, they're not technically wrong to say it is Nintendo, they would just be forgetting Creatures, and GameFreak.
I'm sure Nintendo would love to, I mean I wouldn't want my multi billion dollar franchise getting shown up by an indie dev, but there's nothing they can do, well besides tell GameFreak to get their act together.. OR give Pokemon to a competent developer.
The only reason for them not having them is simple, Nintendo doesn't care about online, they've made it clear time and time again. Online is always an afterthought for them, will it ever be a main focus or on par with the competition? Probably never. In 10 years their online MIGHT be where the competition's is now.
I mean look at their online I would say the original Xbox had better online than the current setup Nintendo has with the Switch, so yeah, good luck w...
Dreams Early Access actually launched in April, so not quite a year.
