The difference is every existing games on Xbox One X is superior when playing on 1080p, 1440p and 4K displays compared to the original Xbox one console. PlayStation 4 Pro plays the same as the original PS4 console on 1080p displays.
There's no new first party triple A games for PSVR yet, maybe its heading the same destination as Vita that relies on 3rd party indie developers.

The resolution difference was 900p vs 1080p or 720p vs 900p - only a few games was 720p on Xbox One

It depends how you define a PC. What PC versions you're comparing? There's millions of people still playing games in 720p with low textures on PC
Halo 5 hasn't been updated yet, this just shows how how good the hardware is for unpatched games
