I'm not a fanboy, Why are you paying for PS Plus when non of Sony's first party games uses dedicated servers???? PSN was down 3 times this week lol. Don't say it's because of the free games when Sony have increased the subscription the third time within 3 to 4 years in UK and rest of the world excluding America. Those games you've listed have mediocre multiplayer except Gran Turismo Sport.

Maybe it's because of Sony games once you complete them within 6 to 7 hours there's no replay value left, with Xbox games I can get over 100s of hours of gameplay if I'm subscribed to Xbox Game Pass that will offer me more value than Sony. I can't wait for Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Forza Horizon 4, Halo 6, Ori and the wisps etc.

Xbox Game Pass you can download the games and play offline for up to 30 days. This isn't PS Now with awful latency when streaming that requires an internet connection 24/7
