How?? You can't adjust your TV to native 4K in settings if the game doesn't support native 4k.lol
Either way PlayStation 4 Plus gives you 2 options 1080p with enhanced graphics or 4K resolution

PlayStation 4 Pro Rise of the Tomb Raider version doesn't have HDR, Ultra High textures, not native 4k etc
Tomb Raider will run native 4K, 60FPS option, HDR and many enhancements. This is huge for Xbox One X.

It was never announced as an Xbox One exclusive. We Happy Few released on Xbox One because it's the only platform that has early access program. That's why majority of games like Battlegrounds, Conan Exiles etc will release on Xbox first.

Not really. Microsoft already announced it at E3 2011 that released on Xbox 360 on 6th June 2011. It takes some time to implement a feature.
You need a PS Plus subscription to enable cloud saves. That's the point.... It's completely free and unlimited on Xbox One/Windows

Cloud Saves are unlimited on Xbox One/360 that doesn't require a gold subscription to use, while you'll need a PlayStation Plus subscription to take advantage of the limited 10GB cloud saves
