The statement is contradictory. Good games are what make a console, and the PS3 has quite a few of those.
Perhaps you were referring to its reliability when you called it "crap". If that is the case, you are sorely mistaken...

No one is saying it will suck. It just will not be a "true" MGS game.
The PS3 shouldn't even be on this list. Ditto goes for the 360 and the Wii. These consoles are still in their infancy and should only be judged once they have completed their life cycle.
Anyway, I think the PS2 should be #1.

Heard about this today at work; what an idiot.
I still respect his skill and, along with Toews, he will turn the Hawk's franchise around. Nevertheless, this was an incredibly stupid and senseless move on his part.
I also like owning the tangible, physical media version of software I choose to purchase.

I agree with most everything else on your list. I would like the Russians to have the AK-107 and the AN-94 as well.
I hope they've optimised this one better than SoC or Clear Sky. I absolutely loved SoC, but it was an extreme resource hog.
I agree to a certain extent: kids today should read more books. It could be beneficial to them in the long run. However, video games should not be shun either. We all need to have a little fun to go with the learning too.
