aren't these 360 vs ps3 comparisons getting old already. in the case of the ps3 lets move own. we should compare uncharted 2 trailer(naughty dog) to re5(capcom) and see who is really taking advantage of the ps3 hardware this gen.
to me re5 graphics looks like a gamecube game compared to uncharted 2

where the biggest advances in home will come from is one of sonys business partners or 2nd or 3rd party developers. there are some creative guys out there working on ps3 development and one them while making a game will start incorporating home into the game in ways that no one has thought of yet.
ie it would be so cool if Sony and mm would have a sackboy(or sackgirl) day in home .let us all bring out sackboys and popits into home.

if Sony can truly keep to their plan when they state that the ps3 will have a 10year life cycle. then they are in fine shape right where they should be in year 2.
look at the ps2 9 years and still going strong with over 100 titles to launch next year. so i will take Sony at their word for a 10year ps3.
btw Playstation is a brand and in november sold over a million units of Playstation product (Playstation is more then just the ps3)

hum maybe Sony has got it right, the ps3 is not going up against the wii and 360. the 360 and wii are going up against the ps2 and getting crushed. Sony has already announced over 100 ps2 titles for 09 and next year it will be at 99 selling like popcorn at every walmart and kmart in the country during xmas.
will probably be 2010 before Sony finally drops it and starts using the ps3 as their opp(opening price point) machine.
