Ms better stick to the truth this e3 or the games up.. Focus on some decent games and less of the cloud fiasco.

The storms in assassins creed 4 ruined the immersive factor, I've never seen a tropical storm happen in less than a minute...
Would be awesome if they implemented the movie mode like in halo 3. I spent hours zooming about in that game, was great to see things missed in real time.

Finally bit the bullet and got bf4 couple of days ago, After numerous rubber banding issues, graphical glitches etc even on a 50mb connection am going back to killzone which is by far the better multiplayer currently.
The only pain in the ass with killzone is having to mute the idiots who insist on having their crappy mic open with nothing to say and screaming kids, parrots, god knows what in the background.
Get the stability and security right first, everything else is gravy. I guess it wasn't top of sonys priorities to include all the addons at launch, making sure the the console worked and did not overheat was.
It looks like watchdogs is going to be one of those games with post release patches, just hope it's before I actually finish the game.
My concern is whether it's ambition is too much to be a cross platform game, hope not but maybe it would have been better to focus on current gen and made it a system seller.
Multiplayer is very good, bit of fine tuning required still in terms of voice chat and a more expanded ranking system but this game has got me back into fps mp.
Well said, if he can afford it why not. If he works hard, doesn't fleece people and meets his responsibilities then it's not for others to criticise... I spent that amount on holiday in japan, could have gone to Greece instead for £300 but you only live once.
Hate to see anyone lose their jobs (have experienced it myself), however game development is a transient career, especially in the west.
Could Sony be trimming down to a core team of developers where they know they will get their Roi ? Who knows but maybe the likely hood of 3rd party titles selling better on ps4 could be a factor.
Good game, reminds me of crackdown in the way the city is structured. It's perhaps a one trick pony though that could have done with a bit more substance but it doesn't try to be something it's not.
As a showcase for what's possible with the ps4 graphics wise though it sets the bar high, the neon effects and the lighting in general wouldn't look out of place on a top end PC. Tbh There are a few moments in this game that will still be on a par with games released ...

Fully agree.. Both consoles pale compared to an uber PC rig but both will offer great gaming as the drivers get more refined.
Agree.. At worst Sony could sell off a stake in its movie division to someone like netflix, it's not like it can't afford its liabilities just yet.
Whilst the tombs seemed a bit of an afterthought I was really impressed with the game itself.
For me the combat mechanics were better balanced than in the uncharted games and the overall setting of the island was great. Not sure about tressfx though, looks good but defies gravity in places.
Took a while for Sonys ego to be reined in last gen and seems ms have had the wrong people in charge at the wrong time this gen.

I bet the large retailers with unsold kinect boxes are going to love returning them back to ms, I can see some fall outs happening over this. Will ms pay for stock to be transported back to a retailers central hub, the paperwork involved etc. Ms must be desperate which is a shame as despite kinect not being perfect any chance of developers other than Rare pumping money into making use of it lessens.
