Between a rock and a hard place. Drop the price and lose an absolute ton on every console sold while still being under-powered and out performed by the PS4. Personally I think theyl stick it out and settle for a very distant 2nd place. With people high up in the company already calling for a closure of the division, selling the bone at a massive loss may be the death knell for a once great console.
