It was the reason I went out and bought U2 at midnight launch. After 1 day of no U2 multiplayer I needed it asap. Im excited for this one too, a fresh start.
I loved the U2 multiplayer more than the SP, but I hope they dont change U2 multiplayer 5 months after the game comes out. hopefully the beta helps them make any changes before the game releases.
I wonder what time the beta will come out???? They are Pacific time zone so maybe 12:01AM/3:00AM EST??? ...
I have one from the first batch of slims and even that one is pretty quiet. The bottom of it can get pretty hot sometimes tho, and you can barley hear the fan then.
I think the removal of the LEDs is pretty lame tho.
and the bottom gets pretty dang hot, top is not tho.
And it is sitting on a hollow paper holder with holes in the top, so it get as much ventilation as possible, unless it was floating.
I think that they said they planned on this because they will still support 360 after the new one comes out. Also, people with the new console will be able to buy 360 games such as halo 4, if this console comes out late 2012 or early 2013. Im sure arcade games will transfer as well.
If it enhanced 360 games by a decent amount that would be good too.

Sure a game like angry birds that is cheap to make can make a large profit. but angry birds is the most successful phone game and still probably has made only 1-2$ per copy so...

Funny thing is that when the title screen shows up it BLASTS the loud azz guitar, and it really is set to be way to loud, because you tv could be at a normal level and that song would be so loud still. I will always remember the title screen for SA because it was so damn loud, all the time.
I just tested my speeds again with a wire instead of wireless and this time I got 22.6 download and 4.04 upload.
If it goes really slow for you you should try a wired connection if you can, it seemed to make my DL speed increase by alot.

I know about ruin but I dont know if one digital copy will work on both PSV and PS3, because I wont buy it twice.
What Im saying would be like if you could play some of the digital PSP games on your PS3, and you cant do that. Since PS3 and vita are close Id figure that alot of the PSV games could work on PS3 as well. I probably wont finish that for a while because im going to play uncharted 3 beta. The uncharted 2 beta/demo was the reason I got U2, I'm like the multiplayer better than the SP, hope they dont change it too much after the final game comes out tho. now is the time for them to change it.

Hell yeah tetris is great. On that list I still have TETRIS, mario land 2 and 3, pokemon blue, megaman IV, Kirby's dream land, and Donkey Kong Land 2. They are all awesome games.

but I was also hoping that when PSV comes out they will have some digital games that you can buy and play on both your PS3 and PSV. That would be awesome. I wish that that game Ruin was like that, not sure if they would ever do that tho, maybe they will.
Or buy a physical PSV game and be able to transfer it to your PS3, although this is less believable than having a digital copy that works on both.
