hey PS3 fans. We have Killzone coming and Haze which reminds me of Halo but better. So don't sweat the halo beta thing.
Im glad I didn't buy Crackdown to get the beta or would be felling like a Jack@ss right about now. I almost did but it didn't feel right buying into MS scheme to sell this sorry game. If i liked it then it would be justified. I wouldn't worry though, it will probably be fixed soon.

People are still playing MGS3, SOCOM, and FFXI online on the PS2 years after there release.
I got to give it to Peter. The Xbox 360 is doing well. He is a hustler who could sell salt to a snail, but I wouldn't doubt the PS3 just yet because the year is not over yet(10 year life cycle). This is a marathon not a race.
This just means that next year they will have record growth.
My most anticipated shooters are:
1: KillZone 3
2: Haze
3: Unreal Tournament
Haze looks like a great game. It may even be better than Halo. I like his suit better than Master Chiefs, He has Nectar.
Looks like there must of been some miscommunication when they moved people off the SR team to work on SRII.
That's good news, but to be honest with you I would like to see more First or Third person shooters on the PS3. Even if it is just a budget shooter with a witch shooting a gun out a broom stick. Or a dude shooting big Alien Ants. Sounds familiar huh. Trivia, Guess the games?
This list was a pretty good list but like I said not all games were listed. It's no secret the 360 has the edge when it comes to games but the PS3 hardware is Elite. @ Fx35 Go on ebay, they are practically giving these brick away for about half price. If you really want hi def movies wait and get a commercial Blu-Ray player. There will be one out next month for around $289.00. or get a PS3. HD-DVD worst investment you could make right now.

Im a Sony fan and 90% of the games I play are shooters so what are you talking about. When I login all of my friends are playing Resistance or FEAR online and we can't wait for RB6, GRAW2, Killzone, HAZE, and MGS4 so you don't know what you are talking about.
I have a friend that works for Xbox live support and they have been getting alot of calls lately from people wanting to cancel their xbox live accounts from automatically renewing. When asked why they want to cancel most of the time they say they have a PS3 and the PSN is free and is finally good enough to say dump my live account. There are some great online games out now and Rainbow Six is coming. With these features it will be even better

We still ave HAZE coming out which i think will be better than halo. Halo 3 is over hype. Reviewers say it looks just like halo 2 and i wasn't too crazy about halo 2.

I understand what you are saying but we all know that you can only develop application for how much memory you have on hand and not exceed that. Sony has alot on hand so that they can continue to grow there product.
I see people here are already making the mistake of calling Killzone beta the halo beta killer but it is not. Halo 3 is big business and competitions use it for there contest so it will rule hands down. Killzone will be a great game and will probably be better but not a killer. I really hope that next years competitions use Unreal Tournament since it will be on both Platforms and EPIC games is a better game developer than bungie in my opinion.
