Firewall is my favorite PSVR game of all time. The player base is still very much alive, and the learning curve won’t take you long to fit in. I highly recommend it.
This is a step in the right direction. Hopefully Sony responds soon.
Very excited to try this out with PSVR
That actually makes sense. I would not be okay with a publisher not offering a free upgrade if the game releases before the next gen consoles. But if the game releases after, I suppose it’s acceptable. The only negative is that it hurts late adopters.
From the video it looks like you can get unlimited ammo. Maybe even unlimited bricks and silencers? Honestly, if that’s the case, I think survivor on grounded could potentially be simple, even with permanent death if you’re careful.
Ugh, let me buy the Metal Gear Solis HD Collection on my PS4!
Yeah, but the problem is you have to dust off the ole' PS3 to play it. MGS2 and MGS3 can be played on the NVIDIA Shield, PS4 (PS Now), PS3, PS2, and I believe the 360 and Xbox One. I don't have my PS3 hooked up in my apartment anymore, I'd love to be able to play this gem on a current console.
Because I played it on my PlayStation 2? If they were to remake it for modern consoles, including the PlayStation, do you really think they'd revert to the Dreamcast name, when they could just use the PlayStation one?
I know it's a pipe dream, but I for one would love a Code Veronica X remake. I loved that title, it just never got the attention that it deserves.
Free Call of Duty DLC? This is the shocker of the century...
LOL, thanks, I needed this laugh tonight.
Is PlayStation, a console family that has been around since 1994, ready to compete against a company that just announced they were joining the market a week ago?
Uh, I'm gonna go with yes...
They had MGS4 on PS Now originally. They removed it because they felt it was incompatible.
It was perfectly playable and should have been left up for the gamers to decide. They took it away for no reason. I won't even consider subscribing to PS Now until they put MGS4 back up. I can play the HD collection on my Shield, MGS4 is only on PS3 and I don't want to dust it off.
Current law school student here, not that you have to be one to see just how blatantly ignorant this article is...
... You do realize that the Japanese voice actor of Snake continued his work in the Japanese version of MGS5, right?
What ever happened to the ten year life cycle?
I did the same thing, trust me it's worth a second play through in VR. Also, if you have a PS4 Pro you'll be even more appreciative. I played through about the first half of the game on a standard PS4, then I upgraded to a PS4 Pro last week and it truly makes a difference. Everything is brighter and clearer. I'm not saying it's a world of difference, but you can definitely tell the difference between the two systems on VR.
Do people still really buy games from Gamestop? I mean really? The only reason I can see for that is midnight launches, which most Walmarts also participate in.
GCU at Best Buy = games for $47.99 plus bonus rewards
Prime at Amazon = games for 47.99
PUR at Gamestop = games for full price. What a joke
It's not bad at all but there certainly are some things that I'm finding annoying. No real spoilers here just some general discussion...

Jack doesn't die, of course. The annoying part is when your trying to get from one spot to another and his AI refuses to leave certain areas for a while. You'll either get caught and pursed or stand around forever waiting for him to leave.
Next annoyance is those enemies...
I previously bought the digital game of the year edition. I hope that it is eligible for an upgrade, because I'm not gonna spend an additional $20 for the remaster. Gonna pre order the standard edition for sure though.
