All those games you mentioned are quantifiably better games than Detroit, not that Detroit's a bad game, its just not on the same level as those games hence they sell better.
It does look really nice but unfortunately based on a good number of reviews that seems to be about where it ends. Wouldn't mind checking it out but I'll probably wait until its in the bargain bin.
