I wouldn't worry about them too much, usually when reviews like this start pouring in they go hide, same thing happened when the GOD of War reviews started dropping.
"Sony is doing a disservice to its users", LOL yeah Mike hold that thought gotta go check out another positive Spider-Man review real quick. Apparently they're listening just fine, Playstation gamers want great games to play and Sony is delivering.
No one said it was a good thing, its just not a needed thing like some people are making it out to be solely based on a need to have ammunition to use against Sony.
That was seven years ago but of course you'll play that card cause why not and it doesn't go down once a week, if you actually used their network you'd know that instead of making false inflammatory claims.

3 was actually pretty awesome and the DLC added a jet pack of sorts that let you wing suit in the air permanently, it was so cool to fly around the map and swoop in low over the water it was fantastic!
