MGSV is the only reason I got a PS4, honestly I only have the Witcher 3 to tide me over. As MGS PP was also coming to PS3 I was going to make do, and never buy another console. But inevitably I had to upgrade for possibly the best entry in my favourite series. I blame the internet and cursed videos of Mother base and FOBs. Damn you Kojima sans.
Only thing I care about on these consoles is Metal Gear Solid V in 1080p ha ha. Oh wait, its just HD on PS4, while the Last Gen consoles are sub HD.

??Both consoles are GPU centric. The slightly differing clock speeds are irrelevant, the PS4 has a 50% more capable GPU, system wide it has twice the Rops, more usable bandwidth, better L2 cache, more shaders, on and on. Get over it. We still call the cloud PR, and impossible. I think I trust Mark Cerny on this, I mean he was the chief architect of a piece of hardware that released smaller, quieter, more powerful, and cheaper than the rival hardware. What?? I sit about 8 ft from a 42" display and can certainly see,the difference. Look Pee-Wee Im not suprised that you cant see a difference with 32" display. I am, but I have only had it and a PS4 for about 2 weeks. Got a PS4 for MGSV, was gonna just get it on PS3 and make it my last ever console as 99% of games don't interest me. Gotta say that while I found GTA4/5, and TES games a boring chore, I have found the Witcher3 to be great. Studio did a great job.
Even with the quickest net connection to servers the XB1 will not perform much more than it can on its own with refined software. The same factors limiting it to sub HD performance now will then limit any benefits of the cloud to below expectations. It would still need to process data. Its common sense.
XBI has decent hardware, and strengths like good bandwidth with the ESRAM, and it has move engines ect, but it has Achilles heels in areas of L2 cache, Rops, Shaders and texture mappi...

Not being able to re-download my PS Store PS3 movie collection to my PS4 hard drive is the main 'error' I have encountered.
99% of games don't interest me these days. MGSV on PS3 meant it would be my last ever console...... till today, Fuck it, bought s PS4 just for PP. In the meantime it turns my TV,into a better yet worse entertainment center. (Can't redownload PS3 movies to PS4??)
It will not run on XB1 at 1080px60fps, no way. Will still be great on that system though.

This. MGS4 was the worst, but still replayable, I never replayed any games other than MGS and Tenchu.
