Cod 4 beta was flawless, Halo 3 beta was flawless, Battle field beta was good. Pirate told me the socom beta was atrocious. He told me it looks like a ps1 game, flat textures, you can jump 5 feet in the air, theres no recoil the guns reticule justs expands. Im not telling you guys to outright abandon the game. Im just saying be cautiously optimistic because so far the game is looking bad but that does not mean its not gonna change.
Jesus did you guys read my comment. Its not trolling. Ask our member Dr.Pirate what his impressions of the private beta were and he says its the worst game he ever played. They should have let zipper handle it.
If I were you guys I would not preorder. Pirate one of our very own has been in the beta for quite some time and says its one of the most broken , ugly, and horrible games he has played. In fact I believe he said it is the worst game hes played. Just be careful guys.
You dont have to suffer pharmhd. Wait for the pricecut and then purchase one, or perhaps trade in your ps3.

Well its quite apparent that you guys don't care that Resistance is a unoriginal franchise. I look forward to Gears of war 2 destroying this game in hype, sales and public attention.
Man , you guys dont see anything wrong with a game just blatantly stealing. Jesus! Your theft is wrong nothing in this game is original its all ripped off other games.
Why did resistance 2 copy Fable 2s box art. Thats kinda shady. They have nothing original in this game and now even steal box art design.
well maybe the sept update allows you to have custom selection screens. I dont think its an expansion but who knows.

well one of our own n4g forum members said the gameplay was horrible, that the graphics were super horrible and that there was massive screen tearing. He said the game was just awful hes in the beta by the way.
All I read is " Im jealous and wish I had halo on my system but nooooo I get stuck with the crappy resistance wana be halo ripoff" Have fun playing a ps2 game you sad people.

well get used to hearing about it because its the biggest game this fall. It will overshadow everything for a couple of months after it comes out.
Thank you harry. Im glad someone gets it. Sure there are a ton of halo action figures, board games, etc. But there are only 3 games. The rumored halo games are all speculation. Nobody knows if they exist. I say keep making the halo games but make sure they continue to be amazing.
