^It also lacked major features that were standard such as HDMI, WiFi, etc and the 360 launched at $299 and $399. You can't compare them anyway that'd be like saying PS3 was $499 so PS4 must be losing money. -_-
Idk if that'd be at E3 but I fully expect a price drop by the holidays.
Is this just for America? It already sold over a million.
You have the system, who cares if people are buying the system for games or not? Doesn't give you less options or make the game any worse... Oh are you one of those people who only plays games that are popular?
J Stars, Godzilla, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XIV Heavens word, Until Dawn, and possibly Tearaway Unfolded. That's better than none no matter how niche they are because they're still pleasing a few rather than ZERO.
You guys and your turd arguments always trying to discredit any games released. The fact is the PS4 has had a better year than its competition so far which is bone dry and will have a better summer as well. Some games, regardless of what they are, is better than none at all. Period.
Now the holiday is TBD, but I wouldn't be happy with my system if I had to wait 8-10 months between any AAA exclusives.
Try harder dude. It has more than the competition.
So dramatic, you realize they do have PS4 exclusives to announce at their panel for E3?
Because it's getting tons of exclusives. SOE/Daybreak only had one game available on PS4 and I doubt Planetside is coming soon. Their games either take too long to come to fruition or aren't any good.
They should have stayed PC exclusive because console didn't work well for them and now they're going to make mobile crap.
Another great PC Dev going down the mobile drain.
I can't wait for the new Ratchet & Clank! Into the Nexus was really awesome, a return to form, but it was short and left me wanting more more MORRREEE!!
Yeah but we do know that they have some PS4 exclusives to announce. So there's that.
Hope you enjoy waiting 8-10 months then. Even if you only have found one exciting AAA game for PS4 so far, there have been none for Xbox and won't have any for quite a while.
What exactly did Xbox own last year? When you take the whole year into account it had squat. 3 exclusives in the holidays and one for the rest of the year. It had a 7 month gap between exclusives and the multiplatform games sold worse on it.
They're both great games but completely different styles.
Yes the system is selling a ton but I always hate seeing people saying how it doesn't need a price drop because of that. If that were the case the PS2 should never have dropped its price because regardless it would have sold well anyway.
I have Medievil Resurrection on my Vita and PSTv. I'm stoked this might come back!!
Into the Nexus had tons of platforming, so did Crack in time.
I'd be disappointed if Sony only released games in the last two months.
Ratchet and Clank is coming this year. Sly 4 wasn't too long ago and may have a new game in the works but you're right 3D platformers are few and far between.
Different studios dude...
