DD has a long way to go when it takes more then 3-4 hours with my experience of downloading a hd version of a movie off of xbox live...my point is there is not resonable growth since the failure of hdvd for blu-ray. people are quite happy with regular dvds now or until blu-ray hits 199 bucks.
I also love how theres still no proof of this 20% growth yet he is getting agrees...hilarious.

Edit@ Looks to me like thats a 12% increase and just this week...blu-ray has been 8-12% since its win over hd-dvd...weekly increases dont mean nothing when your dealing with one dvd movie outselling every blu-ray movie combined.

This is all about sales...what are you talking about...the psp is a great system no doubt about it but it is also easy to use homebrew on and that is killing third party and first party games period....worldwide a great game like god of war for the psp is at 1.1 million copies sold with 38 million psps....somethings fishy.

hahahahahahahah I cant seem to understand how a consumer who knows about blu-ray...maybe even some of the ps3 games....can even begin to think this program will be the true killer app that sony needs to sell their system???....the only thing right now that will help sell ps3s is a price cut..plain and simple...I laugh at some of these comments...people are going to spend I say...close to 2 hours and realize what a giant waste of time waiting for this program was and continue to want more tro...
price came down before release....Purchased that one and was sadly unimmpressed.....the words slowly peeled off from the headset...and i kept losing connections. Better to wait then purchase for the cheap price and realize why its cheap so quick.

Sales for the ps3 have become stagnant...its lucky to break 500K in software sales every week....theres no chance of a price cut....their biggest gsme of the year came and gone with no significant impact on sales of consoles....if the ps3 had a chance for a price break there would be some interest in it.
So mgs4 was not the biggest game of the ps3 this year....talk about damage control...gt5 prologue....even winning eleven for the ps3 came out and its now the "big games" have not come out..face it..if it cant fit in a pocket or you can buy new games for 20-30 bucks for your console then its a bust right now in japan.
Waiting for 20 extra songs for rockband 2.....extra items for civilization revolution still....this is something I can do without..at least have this stuff ready when the game is finished.
