well the review was a good one, not fanboyish, and it is one of the better games on the 360. He even says gt is better, what more can you ask from a 360 owner? And they don't do half points, and this game is more deserving of a 10/10 than an 8/10

you forgot to mention the year head start the 360 had, as well as how many of those AAA games on both systems are dlc and or downloadable games!

And Imo GOTY is between Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2, with Uncharted 2 having the upper hand due to the better single player.
If you look at some of the features of osx(mac) and then look at some of the features of windows 7, there's no denying some resemblances. However, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, its just how tech goes. Companies borrow from each other all of the time, and to think your favorite company doesn't do so it ridic, whether its m$, sony, or apple.
