They need to take a page from the Batman Arkham games, in terms of combat AND stealth.
Why do you assume the game doesn't need it? We've NEVER seen any gameplay, at all, not once. The game could be great for MP for all we know.

Doesn't use the same engine. It's been in development for five years. They were about to release two hugely anticipated games within a month or less of each other. They chose the one that would be ready, Assassin's Creed.
I like the name "Watch Dogs". I HOPE they're just adding the "_" to the name. Still, it's kind of weird that they gave up the "WATCH DOGS" claim. You'd think that they would keep that, just because they could.

Ehhh, not really. Sony still has every single IP they published last gen (LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, Rachet and Clank, etc) and new ones. And Multiplats seem to be favored as well, like Destiny or Assassin's Creed.
Ehhhh, it's not really the same. I realize that it's a well made game, I just wish that they'd focused on a few particular things in the game to make them amazing, not have a lot of things that are fine-to-whythef*ckisthatintheg ame. Why put golf in the game? Just why? "Hey bruh, let's boot up GTAV and play some GOLF!" Said nobody ever.

It's not exactly milking. There's only been 3 Console games and a Vita game. All of the console games where excellent, can't speak for the Vita version.
Yeah, especially if it's in Japan. Ninjas Vs. Samurai (Don't know if that HAPPENED in history, it would be cool though).
Co-op would be great in Elder Scrolls. Like, not as a main thing, or requirement like Resident Evil 5. I mean just like a "Hey, Bruh, lets go kill a Dragon" type thing.

Well, yeah. It made a shit tillion dollars, so Sony won't let it die. Plus, I don't want it to die either. Still play the MP to this day.
Now let's get No Mans Sky on Kickstarter, and have two awesome space games. For they are not the space games we want, but the ones that we need.
