Yeah, my bro's the same, he would rather have a kip on the sofa than play games(he is 54 though) lol.
Ironically, my bro was the person to get me into gaming when he bought home an Atari 2600 all those long years ago, been gaming since i was about 10(i'am nearly 40 now).
Man, Mia sure is whiny.
@mcstorm
How is remote play limited?
The Vita can be taken anywhere, you can hook up any TV in the house with PSTV, Sony's Xperia range allow remote play to mobiles and tablets, some enterprising gents have even allowed non Xperia devices to allow remote play.
While streaming via X1 and W10 is fantastic, people on here are going a bit over the top with this "brand new" unheard of feature, which will bring the PS4 to it's kn...
"Microsoft's tanks have been parked squarely on Sony's front lawn"
Lol, People seem to forget that the PS4 has had streaming capabilities for over a year now. The Vita and PSTV work brilliantly at streaming games, to top it of, the PS4 now streams to mobiles & tablets as well.
Just imagine a brick wall....... You catch my drift right?
Well said by the way.
Help for what? The PS4 has had streaming capabilities for well over a year now, my Vita, PSTV, tablet and mobile say welcome to MS.
@skull
"Great news from Microsoft today, really makes my PS4 look like a last gen machine"
Lol, you crack me up, blinded by your devotion, PS4 has had streaming capabilities for well over a year now with Vita and recently PSTV. Even my mobile and tablet streams from the PS4.
And no, we all know you dont have a PS4.....
Lol, you can go blue in the face saying that, they wont listen, even when that info came direct from the horse's mouth.
Finally, my GTX970's in SLI will finally get used properly!
@slappy508 below
Hopefully, My old games run perfectly in 4K, but some of the new ones do struggle a wee bit.
There was never a "free" version, the + edition had one location, 5 tracks and 10 vehicles, it was more of a demo than anything, a taster of the full game.
Lol, what are you talking about, most of the games on X1's release were delayed 360 games, Ryse being the biggest example.
@sorane
Wow, you are easily amused arent ya. Lol
Anybody but a petty troll would know that DC is a solid racer now, sure it had problems at the start, but give credit to Evo for fixing those problems.
And no, you have never played DC, you dont even own a PS4 for that matter.
Coming from somebody who has never played it......
But, you still gotta find the things you want to pin, when i first got my X1, i installed a load of demos from the store, only problem is i could not find any of them to play, i had to google it in the end.
TBH i am not a fan of the X1 UI, way to cumbersome to use, as you say, thank god for pinning!
Coming from a guy that hasn't played either......
Agreed, this game absolutely rocks, the best racer so far this gen.
I don't usually go in for DLC, but i went for DC's season pass, i went to Japan last year and totally fell in love with the country, so looking forward to this new DLC set there.
Lol,had a argument with a guy yesterday on Evo's Driveclub FB page, about the PS+ edition. He had already (supposedly) rented it but still wanted the PS+ edition as he was entitled to. He thought the game was garbage but still wanted the PS+ version, like the + had something better than the full version.
Fanboy logic for you.....
@septic
"Aside from launch issues which the lessening score is mostly justified (but for some reason didn't affect games like Halo:MCC much - hmmmmmm"
Errr...yes the issues DID affect the score for Halo"
Errr. no they didnt.
The MCC currently has a score of 86% on metacritic, DC has a score of 71%, both games have/had massive online problems, yet MCC has a "must buy" score, while DC's score is...
I know it's not a new IP, but would love a remastered Gears collection.
HoloLens is Augmented Reality(AR), Rift and Morpheus are Virtual Reality(VR), there's the difference, this is a pointless comparison as they are different technologies.
