@Riddler89
Discounts on games that are already way overpriced by ea, in most cases the 10% discount still does not match the price of same game bought on Amazon for example.
You will love the atmosphere in this game, great music, great acting, beautiful setting, great narrative, in all, a good game, especially when i only paid £12.50 for it, well worth it.
"But the reviews have been bad enough this looks like a no buy"
It's currently sitting at 78 on metacritic from 50 reviews, how has it had enough bad reviews?
Not from these people, absolute rip off merchants.
They charge around £55 per game, there trade in prices defy logic, there pre-owned prices are just shy of the original prices.
Trust me when i say, those aren't good deals, your better shopping online or in some supermarkets. I got my Halo MMC X1 package almost almost £40 cheaper from ASDA.
Looks good, shame no one is going to buy it because of always online.
It's just another excuse to tempt gamers into microtransactions, not surprised coming from such a greedy company like ea.
ea, no one gives a puck about your autolog/battlelog crap, if anything it's a major inconvenience.
This game will hopefully flop bigtime.
Cant use my Oculus Rift as well, which is really stupid as MS and Oculus have a partnership.
Would love all those games plus Quantum Break, however MS can keep that Xbox live app, already deleted it from my W10(thanks to the guys on reddit for there knowhow).
Can those option files change the embarrassingly cringe worthy commentary? I remember a PES(cant remember which) where that p×i×k mark lawrenson came out with "wam bam thank you maam" after i scored a goal.
W.....T.......F?!?
It's articles like these that get approved the quickest as well, fanboys jump on stuff like this.
It's an absolute joke to see what little effort is being made to improve SP career modes that still have the same bugs that go back to 12 and 13, sick and tired of playing four games in the same week and then no games for the next two weeks or losing my 50 million transfer budget because i altered the wage budget.
@getshrektedmate
The X1 is already running a low level API, so while there will be an improvement, it certainly wont be a massive one.
It will be upscaled to 1080p by the X1.......but it is still 900p native.
Real stupid move by ea, but what do you expect from such a greedy company, i now only buy pre-owned ea games on PS4, that way they dont get a single penny of mine, alot of my PC friends do the same.
Sure i have to wait a couple of months after release, but that's the way it is.
Their origin service is a total disgrace, charging up to £20 extra for new PC games.
I think Sony are being held hostage over Crash by Activision, they must be asking for the world in exchange for the IP.
@death
What has that got to do with anything?
Besides it's free because they know PC gamers wont pay for it, remember what they tried with gfwl at the start.
Being a primarily SP player, Horizon looks and sounds like a breath of fresh air for me, getting sick and tired of appealing games focusing more on MP than SP.
Or is that extra memory getting a workout due to the game being poorly optimised?
Certainly would not be the first game to list a high memory requirement, then get patched later down the line to use only 4gb.
Your having a laugh aint ya?
Last major X1 exclusive was November last year, the X1 only has ALOT of games this Christmas because MS have not released a exclusive all year. lol
