As of yet, no PC games are compatible with the adaptor, not even with the games that support the DS4 natively, i got mine the other day, not one game that used the DS4(wired) natively picked up the controller via the adaptor.
Also DS4Windows does not pick up the DS4 either, gutted really, so for now i have requested a refund from Amazon, i'll give it 6 months or so and look at it then.

MS are cutting there losses this gen, they got trounced by Sony and the PS4 and they damn well know it, it's quite obvious to everyone(well almost) that the scorpio is not a mid gen refresh but a whole new gen and by the sound of it, it is going to be a very expensive product when it eventually does launch in 2017.
I'd ask all ms fans to be wary regarding the scorpio, ms are the masters of BS hype but delivering very little when it actually matters.......
All those positive reviews coming journalists and gamers alike have not sold you yet? You need to try the thing, watching someone or hearing about VR from someone doesnt do VR justice, ask a friend to demo it(if they have any kind off VR) to you or get down to your local game shop and try it.
It's not for everybody and i understand that, but at least give it a go before you dismiss it.
I have spent over 250 hours playing Project CARS on my PC, i would say around 150 of those hours have been playing the game in VR on my Dk2, i will never go back to playing these types of games on a normal 2D screen.
Same goes for games like Elite:Dangerous, i will never play those games on a 2D screen anymore.
VR is so immersive, it's a game changer for me.

I have a racing rig setup at home with VR and vibration transducers using SimComannder placed around the rig, let me tell you, it's pretty damn close to the real thing, this is coming from a former E46 M3 owner, i have also done track days with a Nissan GTR and a Ferrari 480.
There are even racing rigs out there that can emulate accelerating, decelerating and cornering G forces quite convincingly.

If Sony sell another 20mill PS4S consoles over the remainder of this gen say over two to three years, thats a saving of £10mill, it all adds up in the end.

I have been a console gamer alot longer than a PC gamer, i sold my X1 when i realised MS were going to put all there games on PC, i'll get the PS4P for Playstation exclusives and the rest i'll get on my PC. I have no need for the scorpio as my PC' is better spec'd.
Dude, i'am still stuck in the 80's, i love retro games with 80's style graphics and 80's synth music. My PC is packed with Atari, Spectrum, Ninty and Sega emulators.
I have many more fond gaming memories from the 80's than i do now.
They are free on PC as well via Origin.

I went through a ton of joysticks and hours playing this game on the Amiga, interesting to see it in VR though.
People on here seem to forget(intentionally or not) there are big benifits for normal full HD TV owners as well, increased framrate, increased graphical touches on certain games. Just look at the new TR which gives you three settings, the middle setting i believe is 1080p@60.

To be fair to him, i've had my DK2 for over 2 years now, but l love my VR and spend hours at the weekend racing in Project Cars and Asseto Corsa.
To me, VR is a game changer, cant wait for PSVR.
Looking forward to UC4 and with the extra HP of the PS4P Driveclub in VR, but wouldn't mind some of those games you listed, The Order would be totally amazing in Pro mode.

I may try to get it sooner, already have a 4K TV, but it doesn't have HDR, the missis will kill me if i try to get a new TV, lol, only bought it two years ago as well.

That's because you need to use exclusive mode, the DS4 is listed as a wireless controller in devices and printers and not as a DS4, a programme like DS4Windows hides the "wireless controller" from windows so only the xbox controller is seen, DS4Windoes handles it very well despite ms's anniversary update once again putting a spanner in the works for using exclusive mode, thankfully there is a simple work around until they eventfully patch the ...
