The "better" line-up is in the eye of the beholder, but PS3 definitely does have the bigger/more diverse line-up for 2011.
I think ME2 will beat Reach, but wouldn't it be awesome if one of the lesser known artistic games like Alan Wake/Heavy rain took it? There is also SMG2 and RDR which could take it.

Castle Crashers is just one off the top of my head, I've got many more; Skies of Arcadia, Earthbound, more Shenmue/Chrono.
An odd one, but I say Castle Crashers needs a sequel. I have spent over 50 hours with that game just unlocking characters.
One game that I always said looks talor made for Move/Wii is Metal Gear Solid: Rising, they really should implement it.
WoW is also an old game still being played by millions, granted the updates are what keep the people playing.
