If you mean the reason there is no Kinect/Move exclusives on the list is because the exclusive Kinect line-up absolutely shits on the Move line-up and would therefore make the 2011 list look even, then yeah your right.

If you intend to play it with your family/friends then hell yeah it's definitely worth it right now.
If you intend to play it by yourself, or are looking for a solely "core" experience from it, no it's not worth it and if it will ever be worth it remains to be scene from the TGS games. If Microsoft is true to what they say, "Kinect is for the core as well", then it will be worth it.

Spending $100 + $60 per extra person you want to play with + $30 for additional nav controllers + any add-ons, on hardware that does not have 1 single game worth playing that can't already be played with the PS3 controller isn't sensible to anyone ACCEPT majority of the people who frequent N4G.
