However, I was looking into COD and BF4 and I'm sticking with COD. Everyone keeps piping on about how BF series is 'so much better' and the maps are 'designed better' but the game play sucks. With BF4/COD I just want to pick up and play multiplayer and COD has the better multiplayer.
Killzone will win on the story mode.

Kidding... However, I believe the 'Americanised' approach to the Xbox - Ads on a system you're paying monthly for, does not sit well with Europeans.
This is good for both PC and PS4. Having games made on the PC and easily ported to the PS4 will allow developers to firstly increase profits which is a great incentive but also allow more games to be released on both systems.
They need to release it on Vita with Ultimate Team!

BF4 is apparently looking into using a mouse/keyboard on the PS4.

So the conversion may be easier if other titles support this & RTS games would be easier to port to the PS4.
I use my Gamepad on my PC for COD/BF sometimes and I generally beat most people. I think the KB/M > Gamepad argument is flawed.

You can just make the right touch and left touch R2 and L2 it's the R3 and L3 that would be a problem.
Bluetooth headset not the one provided and HDMI to DVI will work find on his monitor. I used it for my PS3 too.
