well to be entirley fair the psp's sales got boosted because of the hacks also titles like dmc and resident evil didnt get scrapped because of piracy but because of them having better potential elsewhere

i stated facts along with my theories on how to handle the situation im not insanley happy that the ps3 is in danger of having happen to it what happened to the ps3 nor am i a fan of geo douche but inn the end the truth is the hackers have the keys and sony doesnt have a lot of options im really hoping this doesnt halt the development of a lot of games

padding the disc woulnt help at all most games do this already its just a matter of taking out the junk you dont need which is done with everthing including the downloadable ps3 games
we arent talking about psn though were talking about the ps3 in general i havent seen any hackers running amuk in the games i play but then again i only heard that cod was being hacked so im just gonna say cod is glitchy anyway

example lets say that the ps3 is a car and sony dropped the keys and now the hackers have the keys
now the only way to fix the problem is to change the locks but in this case that would make much more problems so sony cant do anything really except
