Well everything has it's pros and cons. I guess that is just one of the cons.Pro it helps show people a sample of your game. Con, it makes people make irrational knee jerk judgements about your game.
I don't see what the big deal is. Isn't it better to at least know where you enemies are so you can avoid them? If you just relied on just simply sound cues it would make it very hard to figure out whee the noises are actually coming from. And in a game like this you need to know the specifics or you will be getting a whole bunch of cheap deaths.
