What gaming potential? When the only default input method is touch it's capped itself right there. Buttons are never going to go away until they make tactile touch screens that feel like buttons, furthering my claim that buttons are going absolutely nowhere.

My idea is for an all in one controller, not even just fighting games, platformers, old school games, so many things that I play require the dpad I like having it on top, you never ever have to be nearly as precise with the analog stick in any game so just sticking them on the bottom is fine.
For example, I saw MM10 being sold on XBLA and I chuckled a little, no way in HELL would anyone be able to play that with the default controller, I'd get so frustrated.
6 face buttons, DC triggers, PS shoulder buttons, PS stick/pad placement SEGA Saturn D-pad switch for deciding between shoulder buttons/5-6th face buttons or both active.

This is by far the worst most common argument, power does not only bring graphics, it brings draw distance and effects, more power means more things on screen. Remember Dead Rising chop till you drop? That was a game ruined because the Wii couldn't handle that many zombies at once.

The WiiU matches up pretty closely with the PS3/360 in terms of what can be done in game, the PS4 and 720 will definitely knock the WiiU out of the water and it isn't just graphics, it's processing, the amount that can be on screen at any given moment and I'm certain the online will be much better.
