I wonder if they'll have those bugs (which everyone noticed during the E3 demo) fixed. Jade Raymond mentioned in a few E3 interviews that the bugs were already taken care of back at Ubisoft Montreal.
Perhaps the title should have indicated in some way that this was not news OR a rumour. It's just a user created video which to many is funny. Ah well, I still smiled while watching it. The stop-motion animation is nicely done.
Isn't this old news? ps3news.ca is only speculating that the new controller will have rumble feature included.
Seriously, how could someone disagree with the facts? What is with these people? Did I say something a fanboy would say? I'm pissed.
And just so these people know, I don't even own an Xbox 360, but facts are facts man!
If you visit http://www.alanwake.com/ and scroll down, you'll notice that the game is being published by Microsoft Studios. Moreover, it's actually mentioned there that the game is "Exclusive to Windows Vista and Xbox 360." So I'm speculating that Amazon had some miscommunication with its source.
See, I'd like to play this game on my PS3 but I don't think that's going to happen.
Yah, I mean the level of detail in Crysis is comparable to that in Unreal Tournament 3, and UT3 is coming to the consoles, so I don't think it's impossible to run Crysis on consoles. Obviously, some of the aspects of the game would need to be heavily modified to make it run well on the consoles.
Crysis, comparatively speaking, certainly looks more realistic though.
I agree with you drtysouf21.
I did some math.
Mr. Yamauchi said that each car in GT5 takes roughly 6 months of man hours to develop.
============================= ======
If there's any truth behind this article, then 10000 cars will take:
10000 x 6 months = 60000 months.
Now, I don't think Polyphony Digital (PD) had more than a 100 developers working on just the cars but for argument's sake, lets just consider a 100 so that:
60000 / 100 = 600 months = 50 y...
The demo left me craving for more. I despise Ninja Theory for turning it into a mere teaser.. hehe..
Rythrine, nice to notice there are a bunch of engineering students visiting this site. BTW, my co-op term starts in September of this year. So I think in terms of money, I'll be more heavily loaded than you'll be in January '08. ;)
hikikimori, I'll try to remember you years from now.. lol.. I'm just kidding. Actually, hardly any engineers I know get 6-figure paychecks.
Internships for the win! :p
Sucks that I have to study for engineering exams for another 20 days.
Well, someone was bound to talk negatively about the game. I guess I'm one of the hardcore fans of MGS.
Delta_FX, I'm gonna have to disagree with you. If you download any of the two videos I provided direct links to in the first post and check the properties of the videos you'll notice the videos are in fact 720p or 1280x720 in resolution. It seems as if the video size you measured is that of the flash (.flv) video posted at gametrailers.com. You need to download the HD videos to view them in 720p, or you could view the windows media version of the video at gametrailers.com and make it full-scr...
It's about time gamers got to see the gameplay video in its high-definition glory. I had been craving for the actual HD feed since 11:00AM EST today.
After watching the video, I'm absolutely blown away by the awesome gameplay and graphics, and there's still room for improvement considering the game is over 6 months away from its release date. Kojima-san, you're the man.
By the way, here's a direct link to the HD video in Windows Media format:
These screenshots do not do any justice to this beautiful looking game. Even the so-called high-res trailer wasn't good enough to show off the beauty. We need a direct feed footage :)
What? Someone disagreed? With what? lol
The UK store is back up folks. Nothing seems to have changed. I hope this doesn't get approved since it's too late already to post it.
