I'm really against software and movie piracy. I like to support the people behind a good movie or software. They deserve our support for the hard work and endless hours they put in. I'm a computer engineer and I kind of know what pulling an all-nighter at work is like. It's not anyone's idea of fun.
I understand, however, that as cost of entertainment increases, the number of people that shell our the money to buy games, etc. decreases. Not everyone can afford to buy every &quo...
This game has been on my radar for quite some time now and the more I hear about it, the more I'm inclined towards buying it on launch day. I just hope I don't burn a hole in my pocket for no reason :) Ah I'm sure Dice won't disappoint the fans.
...that gamers won :)
Irrespective of which gaming console you had there were games out there that kept you busy for days (if not weeks), and certainly are going to.
Look out for GraveMonger. Oh wait, you won't... 'cause you'll be looking out for my rockets!
I like their enthusiasm. Looking forward to this game now.
Do you really think Sony would do this to their phone? That is, call it PS3 Phone, have it run a Microsoft OS, and run Nintendo games on it. I think not. This phone is a local Korean product, just like the many ridiculously designed mini PS3 "consoles" with built-in screen available in many Asian countries.
@Darkiewonder:
If you look carefully at the pic that shows "Made in Koera" the text below it is perhaps Korean? That's what it seems like to me. C...
Here's what I think:
Sony's business strategy is to maximize revenue for the company. That's a given. They've recently released the slimmer PSP. Clearly they want to firmly justify to the consumer that PSP is *the* portable console to buy. I think Sony is serious about PSP-PS3 connectivity so that they can make the PSP ever more attractive.
Now, would including in-game XMB access have an equal or greater impact on Sony's revenues? Would it have a greater impact o...
Evolution Studios is doing a great job with providing updates to the game on a regular basis. However, my ultimate dream will come true when we all get to play Motorstorm splitscreen. In due time, people, in due time. I have faith in the devs.
Wow! I was looking forward to a mid 2008 release. Ah well, MGS4 and MGO are going to keep me busy for quite a long time :)
The patch is not available for download yet. At least not in North America.
EDIT: Okay, so it seems that the patch is available for download in the European territories.
...to enable a video thumbnail all you have to do is start playing the video, press the triangle button on your SIXAXIS controller, then select the change icon button (which looks like the XMB) at a point where you want to start recording the 15-sec thumbnail video that'll be shown in the XMB. Hope this helps.
No more frustrated me.
My PSN ID is GraveMonger.
I appreciate your help. It is sorta hard to make absolute sense out of the badly translated text.
Hehe, I know what you're saying. I'm sure Forza 2 is a nice game. I don't have an Xbox 360 so I can't really compare the two games. But I've played Gran Turismo and love it.
Okay, GT5 has just topped my most anticipated PS3 games list.
PS. I hope and pray Kotaku is right.
I've already seen the extended Killzone 2 trailer. So there's nothing new to see here. Gametrailers.com has had the extended version since E3 2007. I'm not sure why many people don't seem to have checked it out already. Anyway, the game is one of the top ones on my ps3-games-to-buy-list :)
Is it just me or do a couple of screenshots really look sub par to the current generation of graphics?

I think I'm just affected by the charisma of this thing called realism in games. I'm sure Haze is going to be a nice ga...
Hey, I agree with you 100%. But I'm sure the N4G contributor didn't mean to offend anyone. You're right, though - people tend to get inconsiderate at times.
Looks pretty sick! I wonder if the select moves will get too repetitive. Also, we haven't heard anything about the multiplayer aspect of the game. Will the game even have that? I suppose it will. Perhaps we'll get our answers at GDC.
