I made fun of it when I first saw it, wondering who the hell would buy a trashy game called "Carnival Games" God, I was so naive. I've lost faith in mankind.
The majority of casual gamers are idiots. This is why Dogz, Horsez, Dolphinz, Babyz, Wall-E, Iron Man, etc. sell.
They're about as much of a sport as surfing.
The web, that is.
You absolute bastards, let us in AmeriCanada have this gem, please ;_;
I'm the exact same, Loss. I owned a Gamecube, but I have only recently gotten around to buying games for it to play on my Wii. I switch back and forth between Wii games and Gamecube games :)
I don't know... the reason she likes Super Mario Galaxy and games like it is because they're easy. I like games that actually give me a challenge. That's what I like about games. I didn't really find any challenge in Super Mario Galaxy (except maybe daredevil bouldergeist on my first play-through and that mole boss at first when I didn't know its strategy). Oh well.
Most girl gamers play casual games. It's sad, really :<
My girlfriend only enjoys playing one non-casual game with me, I think. And it's Super Mario 3.
Oh my god, they're making Operation Flashpoint 2? I couldn't be happier. I hope it is as good as the first.
Goddamned patent-sitters. Hope they rot in hell.
Lot of good Wii games coming out too, but all of them are absent on that list! Seems like an Xbox fanboy list.
Some good-looking Wii exclusives coming out:
de Blob
Tales of Symphonia 2
Wario Land: Shake it!
King's Story
Maybe some more too, but I don't have the release dates written down on my list of games that look interesting/I want :P
Looks good! I didn't pick up the first one because I heard it was too easy, and too short. But this one has a level editor! And level editors are FUN! I'll have to look into it.
I think they're bound to get more sales in NA. Not to mention that Micro$oft probably gave Namco more than enough money to completely cover all of the production fees of Tales of Vesperia ;)
19k for a Tales of game doesn't seem like much to me, for the second week.
Well... let's see:
-Series peaked with Goldeneye, and plummeted thereafter
-Movie tie-in game
-Nothing about it sounds interesting
-Super-multi-console (What console isn't it being developed for, besides the Atari Jaguar?)
oh god it's like a recipe for fail-cake
I was gonna say "In other news, dogs bark!" but I guess you beat me to the "in other news" punch. Curses!
They are just product whores. This goes to show they don't care about the quality of the product. They just develop on whichever console is the most popular. Sigh.
Looks beautiful. Still think it's a "press right to win" game, though... But that could be because it's one of the earlier levels... is it one of the earlier levels?
Wow. Now I'm SUPER interested in this game. Looks fun!
Ugh........
That's all I have to say.
Ugh........
Wow, you have no taste at all. Go back to playing your MATURE GAMES FOR MATURE GAMERS %D while I enjoy bound-to-be-amazing E or T-rated titles like de Blob and Wario Land.
Also, the multiplatform Star Wars looks like it will be a forgettable tech demo at best. How many memorable, good Star Wars games are there? 3?
