That's strange. Why is that? I was able to get all in-game challenges on the Wii version, and I never found that I had any problem with the controls, if that's what you're referring to.
@1.3
Uhh... everyone's noticed that Capcom's saving money by making Mega Man 9 and 10 this way. Everyone. Everyone's also noticed that Capcom always saves money by creating an endless stream of rehashes and sequels built on the same engine, or a minimally-improved engine. Street Fighter, anyone?
Also, why should the game be priced at $5? JTLYK, it's going to be priced at $10, like Mega Man 9 was, and that's fine for me. Why? Because I enjoyed Mega Man 9 way more than...
FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
HELL YES
I am extraordinarily happy :D:D:D
Hopefully there's not another Mr. Perfect Challenge though. I don't want to have to do that again...
I agree with Jaffe, completely, but SUDDENLY
In the article:
"I suspect journalists were looking to Jaffe as a high-profile figure to make an impression on the Australian government, but it seems that he no longer has any balls."
oh god it's like the exact same thing again jesus christ
seriously? no balls? You'd have to be pretty stupid to think that a video game designer would be able to make an impression on the Australian gover...
You're calling the Gamecube controller -- the most comfortable, functional, and accessible controller ever -- gimped? HAHA okay
...You obviously missed the point. My point was that niche games fail on whatever system they're released, no matter how much it looks like they're going to succeed. That's why I drew the Okami on the PS2 parallel. MadWorld wouldn't sell on the PS3 or the 360 either, due simply to the graphical style. Not to mention that it'd STILL be an over-priced, short game.
Sorry, I don't bother trying to abide by the basic rules of the English language when I'm responding to stupid posts. I just find it more fun, or something. Or perhaps I do that because I feel like if I cut right to the basics, the people that make stupid posts will find it easier to understand me :3
Also, you have to realize that some games just aren't made to sell. Okami didn't sell well on the PS2, and it was a FANTASTIC Japanese game made for a console that sold extremely wel...
I'm in the exact same boat. There really just was not any incentive given to play through the game more than once. It was fun (albeit a bit repetitive) while it lasted, but it didn't last very long at all, and then it was done.
great logic.
"well, it sold fairly badly the first time, so... let's try porting it!"
somehow i do not think that business is your forté.
The best choice is pretty obvious.
Both!
oh god
that is likely the worst list ever
Hmm, I'd like to think that if they keep releasing bad virtual console games, they'll eventually release some good ones, after exhausting the supply of bad ones. Is this a possibility?
Oh my god, this guy actually sucks at video games HARD.
If you have any trouble with this game at all, you should just not be playing video games. It's easy, and a very nice game.
Pachter's stupid. Wii HD isn't coming so soon, and it's not just going to be a graphical upgrade. It'll be a completely new system with its own controller, new interface, new style, etc. And it'll probably come in 2011, or more likely 2012.
I wouldn't know why not to believe them, but there IS what looks to be a compass at the top right of the screen, which isn't very on-rails-ish.
I know the difference already. Microsoft exclusives do not exist.
Man, Demon's Souls is one of the reasons I'm really considering getting a PS3. I saw a boss fight that made me think, "Alright, so this is kind of what Link to the Past would be like in 3D, if it were darker"
Good thing to see Rabbids Go Home doing well. It's like the one Ubisoft Wii game that's actually worthwhile and worth its price-tag.
It's probably for either the 360 or the PS3. I know they want to develop a new IP for each of the consoles.
I'm sorry, but I really still do not know why baum dragged Nintendo into this. I fear it's just some fanboy propaganda pulled from thin air meant to prove his point, or something.
Fact is, we were talking about Capcom from beginning to end. I think it's wondrous that they're making Mega Man 10 in the same style they made Mega Man 9, because I had a TON of fun with Mega Man 9. I easily played the game for over 100 hours. 100 hours' worth of fun for $10? 10 cents per hour of fun? T...
