I have to disagree. Never once was the Vita marketed from Sony as a portable PS3. Did they say it could play PS3 games or play PS3 like games yes they did.

There was details within that though and you can with remote play and there have been some pretty stellar games, even cross-buy games that are just like PS3 games or just like their console counterpart. Sony themselves have never pushed the device as a portable PS3 though that is a huge misconception.

Smartglass is clearly not fluent enough. I saw this coming a mile away. Am I the only person who noticed they had to use two people just to use the smart glass feature quickly.

I won't write off voice creation until I see it used but voice commands have never been that great. The idea of yelling things out loud so Kinect can hear them just does not really appeal to me.

You can find many articles where they talk about this. Here is one. They have said numerous times that it is in fact a simulator but they wanted to keep it more fun at the same time.
