RFoM 2 will probably be the reason I get a PS3.
Much earlier than expected for me as well...my question is whether or not these "episodes" will be worth not only my $ but MS' money.
If they would bring back Burnout 3's servers I'd play the crap out of it. I hate Paradise and I hated Revenge.

I think RFoM 2 is going to be one killer game but Insomniac has a LONG way to go to get the respect of any true veteran FPS gamer.

GTA4 will be GOTY 2008. The physics engine alone will make for endless hours of sandboxy running away from police goodness.
I AM getting this on PC btw but for those who don't have awesome gaming PC rigs, this will be an awesome experience for 360 owners.

This is the only FPS coming out this year that appears innovative. L4D will be 2008's Bioshock...looks like PS3 will be missing out on FPS godliness again. lol

MS needs Epic and ID (even though Epic is overrated). Valve already hates the PS3. FPS trifecta complete. Sorry, but Insomniac and Guerilla cannot compete with the veterans.

All of these titles are unproven. RFoM 1 was good but nothing to write home about.
TF2 is the new king of all things FPS, not Halo 3.
