Pretty good showcase today the more and more I think about it. The news of Xbox aiming to be the most powerful consoles when they are released was my favorite news.
It's nice to know all the new Xbox's will also be the most powerful of their respective generations. Great news for us guys that like the best hardware in a console format.
It was okay. Best part for me was the focus on giving the best console experience from here on out, so we can quit with the comparison videos, we know it's best on Xbox. Loved Sekiro, Halo engine looks great, Crackdown 3 turning into a game worth playing, good studio aquisitions, Xbox Game Pass still rocks. Nothing really got me super excited though, but I love that Xbox will have the best hardware from here on out since that is my primary console. Forza 60FPS mode was a nice announcement...

The focus on Xbox being the best console experience was the best part of the conference for me, I love powerful hardware. Looks like Digital Foundry can retire comparisons, we all know Xbox wins from here on out!
Haha don’t get me wrong, I’ll be playing Bloodborne 2 as well, assuming it actually exists. Would be nice if it came to Xbox as well though since my PS4 Pro isn’t nearly as powerful, and the controller is trash. Bloodborne is a good enough game to buy a PS4 for. Was a little worried with Bloodborne being only on PS4 that this game had a possiblity of being there too, glad to see it on Xbox!

Not sure what this is, Halo 6? Possibly just changing the expected title to indicate they’ll be wrapping up the Master Chief storyline or something. Graphics are what I’ve been hoping for, a new standard, couldn’t be happier though I wish we knew more.
Like the new settings but after the first game had about 2 days worth of content that I finished right away, the promise of more to come in months left a bad taste in my mouth, I won’t be buying. After the announcement today of Division on game pass I’ll wait for division 2 on game pass

The only competition to the Xbox One controller is the XBox One Elite controller. Why wouldn’t they be using the Xbox controller if they had the option? It’s way better than the DualShock.
Microsoft generally has something cool that people were not expecting, so I can’t wait to see what that is this year. I’m really thinking Steam support or app is on the horizon. I’d love to see some Halo 6 running on XBOX but I don’t think that would surprise anyone.
It definitely could be and the rewards of doing it first could be well worth it. Not having to buy new hardware every 4-8 years and getting an upgraded hardware experience every time it is available with the cost of a low monthly subscription is an incredible selling point, provided it works well.
If I never had to assemble another gaming PC but was always able to play the games on max settings through a good service I’d do it for sure, I’d have no problem leaving the hard...
The most powerful hardware and backward compatibility is going to win the day. Not to mention Xbox Live is still an entire generation ahead of PSN, and online is the future.
The fact is they made the Xbox One X so powerful that the PS5 is actually going to compete with that while the next gen Xbox will be uncontested save high priced PC's.
