I wonder if this was written by an Xbox fanboy?! Hmmmm. Can't quite tell.

"A new idea is stupid but, by all means, waste $200+ on multiplayer only bullshit games, with season passes and microtransactions up the ass!"

Pathetic.

This just in: 7 months from now Microsoft will unveil new info!

Sweet article.

God. Who gives a shit? You don't HAVE to be offended. Regular Link still exist, you don't have to emasculated, or anything. This is just a new character, get over it.

Come on, man. Don't play into the Xbot stereotype. We like more than Call of Duty and Halo!

Finally.

This is my exact worry. Maybe the game wouldn't have been delayed so much, if they just focused more on the single player aspect.

Here's an idea: maybe if Naughty Dog would focus a little LESS on multiplayer, they wouldn't have to delay the game so many times.

SHOOTERS! You guys like shooters, right?! M$ ftw!

How do you know though? Quantum Break, Scalebound are new unproven IPs, and Crackdown and Gears 4 have been handed over to unknown developers. It'll be interesting to see how they fair, for sure.

Yeah, and sales matter. Who's going to want to make an Xbox exclusive, if they aren't sure it will even be profitable? Luckily Microsoft, not just the Xbox division, makes tons more money than Sony. They can afford to throw a few million around here and there, to get timed exclusive deals, without actually teaming up with third parties.

Exactly. Kind of sad that the Nathan Drake collection has been outselling Halo 5 almost every week since it came out. Says a lot.

3678d ago 6 agree2 disagreeView comment

The short answer: yes

Sure Xbox has Scalebound and Quantum Break coming out, but those are new, completely unproven IPs. PS4, on the other hand, is getting a multitude of exclusives from popular franchises. I don't doubt Scalebound and Quantum Break will be good games, they are just going to have to sell way more than anyone anticipates.

I guess whatever you have to do to make money off this game before Sony does.

The tv show gimmick throws me off. I see the potential, but I can't help but feel like this is going to essentially be Xbox One's The Order.

Not counting Tomb Raider, I hope :P

Hey, there's still Rocket League! Just good old simple multiplayer fun.

The best Xbox game this year, Ori and the Blind Forest, is an indie!

These articles are pathetic. Xbox owners will never admit their console sucks, and vice versa. Western gamers love shooters (probably has NOTHING to do with their love of guns, lol), that's why Microsoft mostly makes those. That has only BEGUN to change because so many are bitching that Xbox only REALLY has Halo and Forza. Yes, Xbox is finally coming out with variety, but not until next year and beyond. They have to compete with PS4, after all.

Dude, read the first line of the artcile. It says it's coming to Steam. Jesus.

They say that, but in RotTR, you are so powerful most the time, there is almost no need or any fun in being stealthy. The last game handled the hand to hand and stealth combat better, in my opinion.
