Not being funny but all the evidence in the world points to the PS4 having better hardware, it is one of the only things not open to debate.

Not this number of countries garbage again, Ms have launched in all of their major regions, they did not pull the 13 countries chosen out of their backsides.
MS themselves have referred to the remaining countries as tier 2 regions, these countries only made up a small percentage of 360 sales, don't believe me go ahead and look it up.
Sony has still to release in Japan which could end up selling just as much if not more than all the MS tier 2 regions.
