your name says it all really.
The Wii U is more than capable. Look at X, or Bayonetta 2 as best examples!
I don't mean the games look like each other, I'm just pointing out that the Wii U is clearly more than capable with regards to handling The Division.
I would like to refer you to the game X by Monolithsoft.
If they had they wouldn't be "relaunching the kickstarter in just a few short weeks".
This should happen, but sadly it seems something else is up, most likely going to Xbox and Playstation consoles?
...and yet I got a disagree! PMSL @ N4G
Common sense! My bet is, they don't cash in
hahahaha! spot on!
Same thing has happened again and again.... Bayonetta 2.... Sonic Lost World....
...just another reason to own a Wii U. :)
Bubbled up for such an intelligent, mature comment! :)
Awesome as expected. Day one purchase.
@Dgander
No games on it? Anyone that claims there are no games on the Wii U are either haters, not interested in the 40+ launch games because they forced themselves not to be or just plain retarded. Wii U has the best versions of COD, Assasins Creed, ME3 and probably Need for Speed and everyone pretends to ignore it. (Very true, there is a great amount of games out already! I agree everyone pretends to ignore it, and yes NFS and COD are definitely the best versions)
...
I agree with your comment completely, but will wait to see what Microsoft brings before I make my mind up about the PS4.
As for Wii U games, I'm already up to 20 and struggling to find time to play them all. I work in retail and at my busiest Sept-Dec so didn't get to play things like AC3 or Darksiders 2 then. The Wii U has a fantastic line up so early on it its life.
"The thing about SOny with the PS3 and PS4 is that they are packing enough power so that they can adapt on the fly according to what consumers desire that they didn't initially pack in."
Interesting... never considered it from that point.
I was still underwhelmed from the PS4 reveal and it made me feel more confident about the Wii U's future. All of the games shown could have been PS3 titles, the asymmetrical gameplay found in NintendoLand (...
“We’re a development company. Nintendo gives us money, we make Bayonetta 2 and W101, and they sell it. So if Nintendo says ‘We’re putting Bayonetta 2 on PS360′ it’ll come out on those platforms…So ask Nintendo about it.” Hideki Kamiya
...so no.
Bayonetta 2 will remain a Wii U exclusive. Nintendo are funding it... duh.
I actually agree with the whole "endurance" idea. Not sure if it was just cos it was late (im UK), or it went on for two hours, or the over-the-top use of corporate buzzwords... and didn't even get to see the console! Exhausting.
On my phone but just had this image brought to my attention. Hopefully attaches ok... thoughts?
They have confirmed a 3DS third party direct for japan next week if thats what you mean?
I agree with you but stranger things have happened. Watch_Dogs is also meant to be heading to Wii U but has not been formally announced.
...Perhaps Nintendo has asked these be held back for their rumoured third-party centric Wii U Direct?
Well what would you suggest then? Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 8?
The two examples I chose have huge environments, detailed textures, both have a lot going on on screen, 60fps and X is also online.
