Yeah no doubt! I loved the San Francisco skyline when you emerge from the base for the first time. Breathtaking. They put work into it and it definitely shows. Made you really feel the hopelessness of the situation.
Yeah they should listen to their fans. Just like Square should with FF7, and just like Capcom with Marvel Vs. Capcom, etc...
Guess that they are reaching for whatever they can get now that MS and Google don't want anything to do with em. Its sad though. I really like Yahoo and want them to succeed. Basically the only company going against the domination that is Google.
Comparing a blu-ray to DVD is stupid. Its like the leap from VHS to DVD. If you have the right cables, tv, player, and movie, the results are more than worth it. Never thought I would be excited to be able to see individual pores on a guys face but it is awesome.
Just so you know, The Fall is a great example of a movie that is just made for Blu-Ray. Not a great story line but the visuals are top notch. Especially the beginning where you can see individual drops of water glitte...

Yeah no doubt. MS started it but all the other companies aren't free from guilt. This is an issue that concerns gamers not matter what console they prefer. Best way to combat it is to support the games that don't do it like Burnout Paradise!

No doubt!! What they need to do is make a bad@ss game that will sell like hotcakes and market the sh|t out of it. Wait, thats what they did with GeOW2. Why are they crying then? Oooohh yeah. Greed. I have had R2 since release and it has had some issues. There are times when its hard to get connected (sometimes). Every game, unfortunately, seems to have problems now when it is released. GeOW2 included. I think the real losers in this situation are ALL of us. The sheer fact that a game can be released that has broken elements and still sell millions of copies leads developers to continue the practice. I am not picking on GeOW2 though. What ever happened to the days of professionalism? I don't remember comments like this back when I was a kid playing SNES or Genesis.
