In my eyes a reviewer should completely finish a game before reviewing it. Personally I trust my own tastes but still, would you trust getting a car on someone's word who just got in the driver seat and didn't start it?

Hah I'm in the Crysis beta and COD4 beta as well and to be honest COD4 impress me at all. Neither do these new gameplay videos, they should have had the AI ramped up from the Konami Conference a few months ago THAT was impressive. So I'm under the impression they gimped some things purposely for TGS and the fact that the game is still months away. Also I agree with the people who said the person who was playing really wasn't that good.

The PC sentiments came in because of the "exclusive IP" talk. If you have a gaming PC and no 360 are you going to go out and buy a 360 to play a game you can just play on the PC? I don't think many people would, I know I certainly wouldn't. In fact I have a gaming PC AND a 360 and I bought Bioshock for the PC because of the control scheme. I'd have waited to get Gears on PC as well had I known it was coming out when I bought it originally.

Drake did not take anything from Gears of War. The cover system in games started from Winback and really became an integral part of gameplay in Kill.Switch YEARS before Gears came out.
