I want Nathan to take on more Chimeran characteristics throughout the game and have some sort of human/chimera scale that must be balanced. I'm hoping for a more fleshed out story because the first one set the the rest up for something good. Some parts reminded me of Half Life 2. ..without the gravity gun. More weapons is a given and it'll be fun to see what the Insomniac team come up with now because they pretty much nailed any weapon I could want in the first one sans upgrading.

In any case at the first few plays I thought the original SR was a highly derivative form of San Andreas but it was a very good game in its own right, I can't wait for the next one. I hope the soundtrack is at least as good as the first one was too.
I couldn't give a crap less about the fanboy wars sparking FOR NO REASON earlier in this topic. The fact is a taste of GT5 is coming sooner than we thought and everyone should be happy. Wait until average Joe Gamers (the ones who stay off the internet) see it running in the stores and start to inquire about it.

It seems like they dumbed down the settings for SOME reason compared to UT2k4. That and they took out dodging, double jumping, dodge jumping, dodge double jumping, and the wall jumping :/

Achievements are a way for otherwise poorly endowed people to have something to brag about so they can flex that almighty e-peen. I can understand it if you could actually trade them in for merchandise or MS points but you still can't afaik. So until then I'll continue the purchase the PS3 version of multiplat games considering I think my 360 is about to die since I heard a grinding noise from playing Condemned.

Dude every game I've played on XBL has had some 10-12 year old kid screaming into the mic and otherwise speaking nonsense.
Man I put the PS1 version on my PSP because I wanted to take with me. If they did a remake I'd buy it day one, game was SO underrated and it's seriously one of the best RPGs of all time.
But it was missing something for me, I don't know I guess it was an underlying strategy. This game however is DEEP!! The first time I played through I was already in awe and then once I started progressing through the stages I had to adapt my playing style for each one. The chains can get pretty complex pretty quickly, Jonathan Mak is my hero. I'm hoping we get some DLC love soon but if we don't I'm still having fun as I've not yet unlocked everything.

Uh go look at Killzone 2 and MGS4 games that aren't even finished yet, then go play Halo 3 and come back and repeat that please. Also the PS3 can do Gears, it's called Unreal Tournament 3.
Would be an awesome dynamic, fighting the Chimera trying to take over the world and your superiors trying to capture you for testing. Add in some Cloven love and you have a winner.
