There's more passion and emotion this time. Drake doesn't have his 'what's the worst that could happen?' attitude and takes everything more serious. Kinda wish they did that approach from the beginning
4>2>3>1>GA. 2 and 3 are pretty much equal but the before and after storytelling in 2 gave it the edge for me. But 4 is unbelievable, miles ahead of all of them.

You get paid to analyze the quality of the game as it was intended to be, not pick it apart for not being your style or game of choice. Al humongous reason uncharted 2 got so much love is because it was soooo much better than the first one. And no doubt it was an amazing game but when you break it down to a realistic level 2 doesn't match up to 4 at all, and it was only even fractions better than 3. Uncharted 4 is on a whole new level and I'd be very surprised if there's another game this gen that could live up to the standards that it set.
I'm still skeptical of the idea of a last of us sequel but if naughty dog goes all out like they did with this one I can only imagine how amazing it would be. Uncharted 4 has raised the bar so high for every developer out there

I surely hope this is just satire click bait. There is not a single aspect of gaming that uncharted 4 didn't completely raise the bar for. I mean the few supposed 'critics' that have tried to take shots at this game sound so pathetic. Gameplay, story, character development, graphics, this game has put very serious pressure on every developer out there to deliver a worthy experience. Not even the almighty Rockstar can touch this game. Absolute masterpiece.
Don't get me wrong I love me some Lara Croft action and if rise of the tomb raider does finally come to ps4 I'll definitely get it. But after playing the last one a hunch tells me it won't even come close to uncharted 4.
As a gamer with zero interest in Xbox I'll admit quantum break definitely struck my attention. But now that uncharted 4 is out my curiosity is almost completely diminished

No one wants to hear disrespect for something they view highly of. Especially when said criticism makes no sense. Ign gave uncharted 4 a 9 but uc3 a 10, it's ridiculous. That being said the people getting upset about these reviews are more than likely being fueled by insecurity and are questioning their own opinion because some idiot at a corporation sat on a computer and said something different. Sadly so many people make their decisions to buy these games based on these meaningless numb...
I personally thought the franchise got very stale. Might give black flag a try when I'm done with my backlog but these games were just way too repetitive. However I'm very intrigued by this trailer

Not at all, it was a great game. Even the general public agrees as well it had a 92 metacritic score and excellent feedback from customers on places like amazon. It's not until forums like this one pop up that all the idiots come out of hiding, but simply reading their comments shows how bad they're grasping at straws to make 3 look bad. Main reason I prefer 2 is I found the storytelling to be better. But they're both excellent games.
I don't like this debate. I always see so much disrespect for uncharted 3 and it didn't deserve it. It might have not been as good as 2 but only by a fraction. Worshipping the second one and hating the third one just became a stupid trend and no one can ever explain why.
I'll definitely give 2 the top spot, followed by 3, then 1, then golden abyss. Anyone saying golden abyss was also better than 3 is trying way too hard to sound impressive.
