Surprised this article was even written. Ps4 winning sales is just business as usual but xbox winning in certain regions is typically what people wanna make a fuss about.

The game is selling very well and getting very good feedback. My guess is after the mediocre lightning trilogy Japanese gamers aren't gonna be so quick to assume it's a great game. Probably waiting on feedback first.
Leave street fighter alone that game is excellent. It lacked content in the beginning but has the most addictive gameplay in any fighting game I've ever played.
I wouldn't exactly call those numbers monumental, especially for the first week numbers in previous entries. Probably like everyone else Japan isn't willing to jump on board day one with the weak sequels released last gen.
