I really appreciate the short length, this is a pretty neat game.
Lol, geekiest list ever.
What about when Mark Hamill voice Kroitz from Grandia Xtreme? Haha yeah right.
Hmm yeah, seems like looking at this list might ruin the game...at least I'm interested in Scribblenauts now, though, haha.
I can't wait to see what's going to happen with this. Too good!
You know, I got Megaman Legends and Tron Bonne as gifts when I graduated high school, and I still haven't played through them. I really oughtta do that...
Wow. I guess I always knew in the back of my mind that some research had to go into realistic weaponry, but I never really thought about the scope or the extent of that research and effort. Good read!
Sounds good. But, here's the real question: Should I pursue Lu Bu in this one?
Man, good read! I guess, you should always look where you've been before you see where you're going...or whatever. Isn't that how the phrase goes?
So this is co-op, right? I'm so there.
I read that the main reason FF characters are even in the original Kingdom Hearts games was because Director Tetsuya Nomura was just too lazy to make new NPCs. That really annoys me, more than it should.
Man, I hope this game doesn't get pushed back with all the lawsuit nonsense going on...
I think there are games have the potential to exist as a competitive medium AND as a literary medium. To that end, no. And, even as an entertainment medium, I guess TECHNICALLY yes, but as long as you don't throw your life on the backburner, they can be productive, to be sure.
The middle ground is the hardest one to do, so it's no surprise that they haven't done it. Personally, I just think 'good or evil' games tend to be boring anyways, so even if they did get it right, I wonder if I would even bother with them?
Moreso than Metal Gear Solid 4, moreso than even Valkyria Chronicles, this is the game that really makes me think, "DAMN, I wish I had a PS3."
While I think that, trying to make the 1:1 analogy of video games and movies is a bad idea - thus, trying to make games shorter just to be more like movies would be bad - I still enjoy the concept. I've always believed that a game usually suffers from being long. When I hear that someone groans over finishing an FPS in eight hours, all I can think is, "You really wanted to play the same game for longer than eight hours!?"
I'm glad there was mention of how not-innovative this game was, even for a Castlevania game. I'm pretty sure no other review I read for this game said that at all, but it was the biggest damper on my own enjoyment of the game.
I could just be ignorant, but I think the whole Swine Flu thing is really just sensationalized, big time. It's a serious disease, sure, but having been sick a lot since the whole thing started, you know it's getting ridiculous when people think you have the Swine Flu any time you get sick.
I don't really play these, but my bro who plays World of Warcraft told me about some of the annual festivities they do. These actually sound kind of fun.
