Most games listed here all did pretty well. The most underrated game this gen has to be a gem that not many people play and that's Shadowrun.

Success is not always about money. Believe it or not some people have a vision and if they fulfill their vision than that's a success. The term flop is subjective around here. I see people throw around the term flop with Alan Wake. Well I loved that game so it's not a flop in my book. Of course, fanboys believe every game on the other side is a flop.

What's wrong with a franchise evolving? It went from silly driving mechanics to more realistic driving mechanics. I for one loved the change. Makes me think twice about trying to get away by jacking a SUV or a truck.
No doubt. A good sound system is definitely needed in this gen and Alan Wake is a prime example of using surround sound at its best. We need more games like this. Intelligent Adult horror.

Taylor Swift is a country singer and is critically acclaimed as you say and won many awards at this past Grammy's. Most likely being a ps3 exclusive would not make a difference at all.
Alan Wake is a fantastic game and one of the best I played this gen. I loved the whole Stephen King vibe. Definitely an adult take on horror gaming. It wasn't a flop in my book. You kids can go ahead and argue about useless numbers.

Yeah I know it sounds silly but people are different. I liked Uncharted 2 but I don't see how all of a sudden part 3 is the best game of all time.

Resistance is a sweet ps3 game. One of my favorites. But the level of AI is another story. Halo's AI has always been top notch and arguably the best in the business. The enemy thinks, flanks, takes cover, uses equipment, retreats, etc...
60 thinking AI will be impressive.
Very excited for this one. The first Dead Rising is one of my favorite games of all time. But I'm a huge fan of George A. Romero so the first one was right up my alley.
First thing I notice is the lag. Looks like both MOVE and Kinect suffer from this. That alone will be the reason why I'm still not sold on this. They still have time to do some tweaking.
And can I get a sweet huge prop gun like in the arcade to use instead of this stupid controller? Looks like he's giving a presentation.
