yea, i bet apple/mac searches would be more significant if they added searches for "macbook" or any of the "i" products like "ipod" or "iphone"

furthermore, the search results were only based on the word itself but not on the context of why they were searching said word

its an interesting graph, but unrelated to any results

just bringing this out there but EVERY hardcore gamer started off as a casual gamer and then turned into a hardcore gamer when they found the genre(s) that they loved to play

its a business strategy and nintendo made the best move. whether you hate or love the wii, it was a smart business move...you grow your user base by bringing in more casual gamers, make them fans of your brand, then when/if they become hardcore gamers, you most likely have them as a permanent buyer

well personally, gameplay-wise CoD isnt for me, but i do love the lvl of customization in the game, that is prolly the only thing i want 343 to take from the CoD series

key word was "mildly", looks like a lot of ppl either missed that word or dont know what it means when they hit the disagree...and yea, it was only cause the pc version looked extrememly nice

i dont mind that much tho, the game looks pretty good and the gameplay is better (basing my opinion of its gameplay on bfbc series since they are similar) im getting it day 1 regardless of how it looks

im mildly dissapointed in how the ps3 version looks (and i believe its the better console version which kinda sucks if true cause i game on the xbox) but all those feelings will go away once i get to play the game...bring on the destruction

"Point: if I can call a gunship to mow down my enemies in any Call of Duty title, why can’t a futuristic super soldier with more cybernetic augmentations than John Shepard?"

but you CAN do that in reach, its called using a falcon, and we get 2 turrets

but overall, a pretty good read...i too think they should follow in BF3's footsteps a bit in terms of graphics and destruction, but not too much in CoD's footsteps (no offence to the game, just...

yea i know...the key word was "press" but how come none of them were saying anything about how the console versions looked?

"If you went to our press conference, you saw the PS3 footage and the Xbox footage"

wait, WHAT?!

no problems here...there have been plenty of times ive been wrong, im just going by what i heard or remember hearing

tdog...the campaign and multiplayer for the remake are 2 different experiences

the campaign is staying true to the CE campaign, no armor abilities, weapon damages are the same, and objects in the levels are practically in the same position and scale as the original

the multiplayer however is using the reach network code which is why ppl that already have reach dont necessarily have to go out and but the game, they just need to get the expansion (which is why ...

5389d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

they are using reach's multiplayer cause the network bungie created for reach is already established and it would take too much time and effort to make one from scratch catering to the original CE

you should just listen to sparkast 004 yourself, cause some info seems off in this article...i dont think they mentioned anything close to a halo 2 map as one of the 7 maps, all i heard them say was 7 maps and 1 of those are a firefight map

5389d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

agreed, i was playing halo ce before halo reach came out, planning to do a halo marathon and noticed 2 things

1. it was real choppy on the 360
2. i suck at halo ce on solo legendary now lol

actually THAT was a waste of a comment neko, cause now you dont have any more bubbles and your comment didnt even provide anything to debate or talk about

wii u looks like it has an interesting concept, HOWEVER, i personally think it would have a high learning curve when starting out to play a game, and that prolly isnt a good thing considering their current user base

5392d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

thats the way i see it...cod series vitually look the same and i think run on the same engine just updated parts and that annual release makes CoD fans consider buying the game every year cause its under the CoD franchise

with MoH and BF, i dont think they run on the same engine (could be wrong) and the gameplay and graphics are different, even the campaigns character and story are different...3 different groups of ppl buying these games, MoH fans, BF fans, and FPS fans

console version, where are you?

5394d ago 10 agree3 disagreeView comment

are you sure its the physics changing and not just the graphics?

assasinations was shown, so they are changing the gameplay somewhat...i dont mind assassinations, but i hope armor abilities arent in cause then its completely changing the CE gameplay

i saw MC with jetpack in the halo 4 trailer...not sure how i feel about that considering all halo players know MC never had jetpack, especially at the end of halo 3

why are they proving that 3d headtracking is possible with an example from the wii when there is already a mod for 3d headtracking for the kinect?
