infamous never really had MASS appeal. infamous fans will be interested of coarse. And, it might even do better than the previous entries because there's hardly anything to play on PS4 at the moment. It's definitely not a system seller. Also the fact that there isn't much competition. It might just sell better than the previous games. I hope it does. I like infamous.
I wouldn't care what resolution Xbox ONE is running the game at if I really had a gaming PC, especially if I'm accustomed to gaming at 'full HD' and luxurious framerates. Just sayin'

how do you know he hasn't tried the DS4? I've tried them both, and I think the Xbox still has the best controller between the two. The only thing luring me to PS4 is the exclusives games 'cause I'm sired to them as a PS3 owner.

It is unrealistic to expect 'full hd' and 60frames as standard on consoles. You don't need a degree to know that there are hardware limitations.
Xbox is known for system sellers. When Halo hits it's a wrap :D. Titanfall might even be the beast before Halo arrives.
They can say that now that new gen hardware is available. Otherwise the statement would be, "there's still a lot of untapped potential in the ps3 and 360".
