pc gaming is far from dead when you have entire nations playing starcraft as the national pastime. there are certain things that you'll only be able to pull off on a pc, and there will be a market for those things at least for the foreseeable future. a game like diablo, however, they could probably pull off on consoles so there's a big economic incentive to do so.
this article is crap. blizzard just didn't comment on any console plans. they were talking about this on the latest 1up podcast and were pretty certain that it would come to consoles, since blizzard would just be throwing money away by not doing it.

All the systems are doing fine and the numbers will have very little real effect on us gamers, i.e. we'll all be playing games and having fun on whatever system except when we're wasting our time trying to convince the opposing system's users that they've made some fundamental error in judgment by supporting one over the other. Whatever. Get a life people.

I'm going to forget about these stupid threads and actually PLAY video games instead of bickering about how much worse other people's experiences are going to be playing them.
So you seriously just admitted that you watched that crap 4 times? That's an awesome use of your time. Did you get your magnifying glass out to study the "jaggies?" So does this mean that on the 4th playthrough on the ps3 we'll realize to our hearts dismay that we're really not getting as good an experience as we would on the 360 because of the framerate? And I'm curious, did you count the frames in one second when you compared the framerates? That's impressive.

i hear people say stuff like this all the time. rather than attack you, i'll ask you to explain the technical differences in the 360 and ps3 since you seem to understand them so well. why exactly would the 360 be able to run it and the ps3 not?
