Hey man... you're entitled to your opinion but I don't think they changed their tune at all. Greg seems just as bombastic a supporter of the playstation brand. Ryan being such a japanophile plays FFXIII on ps3.... they switched things up with like Ryan doing some 3 red lights stuff but I don't think they as a collective group are particularly for or against any particular platform. Greg talks about how he and Ryan are the only ones in the office that play psp.
i'll believe it when i see it. i'm totally nonplussed about this motion control crap. Wii was popular because it attracted a new audience... they bought their Wii so why would soccer mom wanna get natal? So that leaves the rest of the 360 owners... MW2, GOW, Halo players... I don't see that demographic translating over to whomever it is MS thinks they're targeting with this thing. I mean sure natal seems interesting; but unless there's some AMAZING new like sex simulator or something made for...
Yeah Natal may be advanced and all but it doesn't change the fact that in all likelihood >90% of the games that are made for it will be crap shuffleware spewed out by devs that won't put in the effort to make anything interesting. And sure, same thing could be said for ps3 move. I say leave motion control to the f'ing Wii. I bought my ps3 and 360 so i could sit on my couch and play awesome hi def fps and rpgs not run around my living room flailing my arms like an idiot.

Personally I like Sony being slightly behind MS, seems to put fire under their butts to make awesome exclusives.
Also, even if ps3 closes the gap or even sells more there's still the fact that MS must have made a crap ton of profit on the 360 this generation whereas I don't even think Sony's game division is profitable yet... or if it is just barely. Money talks, the numbers isn't really that big of a deal when they are so close. It's just a random thing for us to argue about tha...

MW2 was the last one I'll play unless they do something original (unlikely). That being said, for every one of us that says that COD is dead and activision sucks there's 20 people that love running around with double civil war shotguns. They'll continue to make sh!t tons of money.

just came back to this game from BFBC2. i think a new 128-player and 256-player map each would be nice. domination is great but people are still getting pwned by sver.... a different playing ground would be nice.
watertight logic there. whatever, i guess it's the nature of the beast to have blind love for the games you're really excited about. makes life more interesting i guess. i'm sure GOWIII will be awesome.
you gotta take reviews with a grain of salt. at the end of the day 8/10 is still a good score and it was that person's opinion. not everyone is going to love this game, which is fine.
Question is... what would they tend to reveal now vs revealing at E3? Big AAAs like R3 and KZ3 might be more likely to be revealed at E3 IMHO.... although maybe they'll grace us w/a teaser?
socom 4 needs to happen, but with mag just released i sort of doubt it.
killzone 3 would be awesome... but would take Resistance 2... my guess is that infamous 2 is less likely although it's obviously coming.
man that was weird. glad that's over. my borderlands save bumped me down 8 levels during the lockout so hopefully it's somehow back to normal. everything else seems fine...
i don't think it's offensive because it'll make people want to kill civilians. i think it's annoying because i think IW put this in just to get people's attention and piss people off, which is obviously working as we're all talking about it and some people here are clearly offended. so it's just some marketing thing for them... it's not in there because it's fun, whereas killing prostitutes in GTA is at least funny because it's so ridiculous. this isn't funny, and it doesn't seem fun. so what...
